Signing a quote (sent by email, mail, or in person) constitutes the client\u2019s unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which govern all contracts concluded between Illusion Communication and its clients.<\/p>\n
This agreement defines the terms, general conditions of sale, and modalities under which Illusion Communication provides its web\u2011creation services to its clients. Quotes serve as purchase orders\u2014whether in paper or electronic form\u2014and are an integral part of this agreement.<\/p>\n
Upon full payment for the services, Illusion Communication transfers to the client all intellectual\u2011property rights in the deliverables (source code, graphic designs, databases, etc.).<\/p>\n
The client authorizes Illusion Communication to feature its name, logo, or other distinguishing elements in Illusion Communication\u2019s marketing materials (website, brochures, etc.) as a reference.<\/p>\n
A provisional project timeline may be provided, based on:<\/p>\n

Illusion Communication acts as a technical intermediary for purchasing and managing domain names. The client certifies having the necessary rights (e.g., trademarks) and acknowledges that domain\u2011name selection must comply with applicable law and third\u2011party rights.<\/p>\n
The client must provide a precise, exhaustive specifications document. Items not explicitly stated in the quote are excluded from the project. In case of ambiguity, Illusion Communication will make technical decisions without recourse by the client.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication delivers up to three visual\u2011mockup iterations per design, unless otherwise specified in the quote. Any additional iterations or post\u2011approval changes will incur an extra quote.<\/p>\n
Any client approval (by email, phone, etc.) is binding. Requests to revise a validated element or any out\u2011of\u2011scope work require an additional quote. Without acceptance of that quote, work continues based on the originally approved deliverable.<\/p>\n
Sites are optimized for the latest versions of modern browsers as of the contract date. Illusion Communication does not guarantee perfect compatibility on all browsers or mobile devices, notably Internet Explorer.<\/p>\n
Going live does not guarantee any specific ranking or timeframe for appearing in search\u2011engine results.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication will correct any defects reported within one month of going live. After that, any intervention will be billed separately.<\/p>\n
Any updates or modifications requested after delivery will be subject to a maintenance contract or billed at hourly rates.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication does not provide hosting or related services (email accounts, domain names, etc.) but acts as an intermediary. Hosting\u2011related issues are the host\u2019s liability.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication does not retain backups of delivered work. Data management and backups are the client\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n
The client must supply text, audio, and video content in usable formats. Any edits to content already integrated will incur additional billing.<\/p>\n
The client agrees to actively collaborate. If this commitment is not upheld after three written reminders and six months from quote signing, Illusion Communication may terminate the contract and claim full payment.<\/p>\n
The client guarantees having the necessary rights to provided materials and that its activities comply with applicable law.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication will endeavor to meet agreed timelines, provided the client supplies required elements in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication is not liable for intrusions, attacks, or data loss on delivered sites.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication\u2019s liability is limited to the total amounts paid by the client under this contract.<\/p>\n
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of exchanged information. Personal data may be used for commercial purposes unless the client requests otherwise.<\/p>\n
Prices are defined in the signed quote. Any invoice not disputed within eight days is deemed accepted. Late payments incur penalties.<\/p>\n
If the client terminates, at least 40 % of the total quote amount is due. Illusion Communication may terminate without compensation upon client default.<\/p>\n
No party is liable for delays or non\u2011performance caused by force majeure as recognized by case law.<\/p>\n
Illusion Communication reserves the right to modify these conditions, effective immediately upon publication. Clients may terminate the contract if they refuse the new terms.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
